It may be time to move beyond Excel plus a myriad of other tools like dropbox, slack, text message and emails. So here comes US-based Shoflo, to offer a new way to channel the conversations and manage the versions of the various production documents.The software has received an award by ibtm world in partnership with EventMB

This software platform enables teams to create event schedules and invite collaborators to build with them, offering real time edits across all documents and file sharing so that the entire team is on the same page. Teams can login via their computers or tablets, and follow along as the show advances from cue to cue.

Founder & CEO Stephen Bowles  aims to “change the behavior of an entire industry for the better”. Now for the challenge: how to change behaviours? Shoflo helps in various ways.  “First, we designed the software to look, feel and interact with the user in a familiar manner, making it an easy transition from Excel.  Second, we provide personal on-boarding sessions, chat support and a library of instructional articles and videos.  

The other finalists of The Tech & Innovation Watch Award were Aloompa, EventCollab, EventGeek, Fly Another Day, Grip, Groupize, GruupMeet, Meeting Evolution, and Visionteractive.
