During all of 2009, the Woman Race against cancer is being held in eight Spanish cities. Its purpose is to involve the female public in the battle against this disease. ASICS, a sports equipment company, has awarded the management of its sponsorship of this action to Karpa.
Only women run the 5km race, after paying one Euro to AECC (Spanish Association against Cancer). Since 2005, Anima Sana In Corpore Sano (ASICs) has been involved in this race, which is expected to have 60,000 women running this year. For this action, Karpa has launched a series of actions under the slogan “You will never run alone”, which aim is communicating the health benefits of sports, when practiced with the right equipment.
The Spanish agency has created a 12x12m inflatable space, with the image of the campaign, which is installed for the participants to use to warm up, cool down after the race, or discover the benefits of sports.
