Maybe it´s something hard to admit it, but our brain has its limits. Many researchers have analyzed the capacity of our brains to keep attention, and the verdict is about twenty minutes.
The key is to structure the talk in short segments (20 minutes for example.) and to have a pause between two parts of an event. Moreover, it is important to prioritize the formats that cause an emotional response (laughter, happiness, disbelief, sadness ...).
