Give a food experience

At a buffet spread, use serving trays, woks, paella pans, cast-iron skillets, and heated bricks or marble slabs to keep the food warm and give it an warm and original presentation, it also adds a "home-cooking" feel. Apart from all the logistics and decoration that you can improvise during your banquet, think about the food experience when deciding what the menu should be, how food are to be served, how many service staff will be required, what kind of information to give to the guests that will help enhance the whole food experience.
