There are more and more applications: you just have to look! For instance, the iBar is an interactive design system in which, thanks a few video projectors, you can project any content on the surface of the bar. The lighting follows the movement of your hand or any object you put on top… a sure way to offer a futuristic experience. More furniture: Lumavile technology, by Philips, incorporates LEDs in its fabrics, without diminishing the flexibility or the softness of the canvas. Through this system, cushions, curtains, or sofas can broadcast messages or graphics. You can also include this technology in the jackets of the staff to show logos, short text messages or even colour animations. Lighting is also a strong decoration component. Magic Tape and Lighting Stripe, Italian products emitting an extremely thin light, versatile and flexible, are a useful alternative to neon lights and LEDs, and can be applied graphics, slides, etc., in the projected light on any surface, contour or object. And do not forget the "simple", such as huge screens in which you project images of flying cars, city-buildings, futuristic transportation, science-fiction movies, etc. Molecular catering It is said that in a future, we expect so far, we are fed on pills… Until this arrives, serve food from different textures or in different formats such as LEDs trays… if it is “molecular” food, much better. Neo, Trinity and Morpheus Dress up the waiters and the staff with metallic dresses, which always give a futuristic touch. Or follow some science fiction movie, such as Matrix which can offer very interesting esthetics (remember its green light esthetics, and the cool long leather coat of Morpheus?). You can also dress them as robots, and get them to speak and move in a robot way. New forms of entertainment Surprise your guests giving to them a "magic" pen… thanks to the Norwegian technical Motion Capture, layouts and designs done in the air with this pen are recorded and converted into 3D digital files which you can later materialise.
