Presupuesto: This is not very expensive. Besides the animators (that you would have to pay for anyway): main costs are for the materials and the artist fares. Material consists of body suits, paint, brushes, make up, etc. Work with the artists on the materials they need and define with them a budget that you are comfortable with. For artists, you can contract an agency, or have a cheaper option by hiring students from Arts and Design schools.
Actividades: Get them dressed in nude-coloured body suits and hire some artists to paint over these body suits with your corporate colours, your logo or even your stand number! They will generate curiosity for people to come to your booth and find out what you are offering. Hire 2-3 animators, depending on your budget and the size of the trade show, place them in different areas of the trade show to give out your pamphlets.
Consejos: Get the artists to do a draft of the design for your approval before the trade show. You want to be sure of the quality. Ask the artists to work 2 shifts (morning and afternoon) to have time to touch up the painting. It will be highly unattractive if the body paint is falling off in the middle of the trade show… Hire both male and female animators to appeal to the general crowd. Of course, this also depends on the type of product or service that you are offering. Allow enough time before the trade show to do the painting as it takes time to paint and to dry. Plan the timing with the artists on exactly how much they will require and when these animators are ready to start distributing pamphlets.
