Presupuesto: Try to bargain for a package deal if you are having the show for the entire duration of the trade show.
Actividades: Hire some talents. With the space you have and your budget in mind, get them to prepare a special act. Make sure that it is truly interesting (people won't have time to forgive them if quality is poor!), and put up your show at different times during the days of the fair. Explore with a talent agency what they can offer you. You can hire a juggling act, a magic and illusion show, a simple balancing and acrobatic act, a mime, etc. Arrange your booth so that there is space for the act and seating or standing space for your clients. Work with the animators to minimise the props and space required, and to incorporate some elements or messages about your product or service into their act (colours, logo, features, brand values…).
Consejos: Make sure you communicate this act in your invitation and the show times during the days of the trade show. Indicate clearly the location of your booth. Check with the actors if they can do a variation of the act and not the same act everyday. If budget allows, why not vary the acts between 2 groups of animators (e.g. alternate an acrobatic act with a juggling act during the days). Work with the actors in terms of space requirements and do so before you start designing your booth to allow for their requirements. Space is the scarce resource in a trade fair!
