The first year of the company life is always filled with many challenging moments and a great sense of achievement. This is definitely the year of the firsts.
Gather the team and staff together and celebrate this milestone event.
Let's begin this first celebration with the "First among the First". Think about all the milestone achievements that have marked this first year of the company.
To add on to the theme, list this milestone event among the many first achievements that have changed human lives today: the first man on the moon, the first connection to the Internet, the first time man flew in a plane... You can even list them according to different nationalities of the staff that you have. (e.g. US- the first man on the moon, Spain - the first submarine, Italy- the first opera, etc)
Transform these highlights into decoration ideas and activities (such as a video production, door gifts, table centrepieces, etc.) to make this first celebration a memorable one among the many more to come.
5th Anniversary: Take a cool breather
Five years may seems so little and yet, so much! But these are the years that were fundamental for the company to be what it is today. However, this is the time to take a breather and enjoy the crops harvested.
Create an event with a relaxed and informal ambience and give everyone present a memorable experience.
Greet the guests as they arrive with a large ice carving of your company logo. As your guests enter the cocktail reception, they will be enthralled by the splashes of cool blues and whites, waitress in white wigs and silver outfits, serving them cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Throw in clear plastic sofas where your guests and lounge in and have a good chat with their peers. Prepare an original cocktail concoction and a live jazz band to set the mood.
Decorate the venue with UV lights that give the colour white a special glow. Work with your caterer to serve the sumptuous dinner in crystal clear plates and decorate the tables with glitter of silver and whites.
Adorn the stage area with a light blue stage backdrop, an acrylic pedestal for any speech delivery and moving light and laser beams to add the dramatic effect.
Bring the evening celebrations to a high with a colourful balloon drop and confetti (or white and light blue balloons for a "cool" presentation). The rhythm of the cool jazz beat will keep everyone in a light-hearted mood as everyone warms up to a relaxing and pleasant evening.
10th Anniversary - The International Affair
For some companies, business operations may be international as the company celebrates its tenth anniversary. Why not have an international affair?
For those companies that do not have any international operations at this moment, you can also use this platform to focus on the next expansion.
Build the theme on the countries that the company has its presence or on the country where the expansion is projected.
Prepare different zones within the venue with colourful and typical decorations of the different countries. Apart from the decoration, you can bring the affair into a full-blown celebration through the different cocktails, food selection, the music and entertainment.

15th Anniversary: The Special Senses
This is the ideal occasion to celebrate with fireworks! An evening filled with multi-media and special effects, it will be a real special treat to all the senses: sight, sound, feel, taste and smell.
Decorate the venue with moving pictures projected on screens or monitors located in various areas in the venue, moving light beams of colours and motifs that adorn the venue. To bring this theme to the maximum effect, enhanced the dinner with lights and music to usher in the waiters as they present your guests their tantalising courses.
The real treat of the evening: a special effect display of pyrotechnics and laser complemented by a crescendo of music that brings the event to an explosion of colours and excitement.

Why not go back to the 20's to celebrate the twentieth anniversary?
Organise a journey back to the past, recreate an epoch of Charleston: get dressed in low hips, feather boa, cigarette cases, wide collars...
Get into the groove with the hand jive, lindy hop and black jazz. You can even get a cabaret show for entertainment that depicts the times in the 20's.
Or get a group of dancers to entertain the guests with the dances from the 20's and get the guests to learn and do their strides.
Immerse yourself in this authentic and classic mood...
20th anniversary is celebrated with china, why not design and produce a special china plate for all guests present with the company logo and the sumptuous menu of the grand event engraved on it? Set the table with these plates, which will be removed during serving. These will then be given to the guests at the end of the evening as a special memento.
25th Anniversary - The Silver Platter
What better way to celebrate this milestone than to have a big bash in elegance and style? Immerse in the elegance and sophistication of silver as you celebrate this silver anniversary.
Celebrate the event with a feast. Make the evening a classy gala. As the guests arrive, they will be served cocktail and champagne. At the sound of the gong, the presenter will invite all guests to enter into the elegantly decorated dining area, greeted by live classic music from a harp.
The presenter dressed as the Maitre 'd welcome everyone to this gala feast. The first course will be served with waiters walking into the dining area ceremoniously, with a silver platter, accompanied by music and a dimmed ambience.

50th Anniversary - The Golden Jubilee
This is the Golden Age for a Golden Celebration!
Upon arrival, lead your guest through a specially constructed "Golden Time Tunnel" where the different ages and developments of the company are displayed. Serve cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while your guests read and learn about the milestones of the company. Pipe-in classic music (or a selection of music from the periods of this 50 years) or simply a quartet to add the ambience.
At the end of the tunnel is the dining area. Bring out the 50th anniversary with little details that make difference, bring out the gold: dressed the table with gold linens and sprinkle golden glitters all around, golden candles and breads in the shapes of "5"and "0", etc. You can add dramatic effects through the design of the stage backdrop and colour lighting for ambience.
Start the party with fireworks, a golden shower of balloons and confetti to add to the celebration atmosphere.
