Actividades: Make the most of the warm weather – organise your event outdoors. You can either organise whole events outdoors (for instance motivation events) or add an outdoor component to indoor working meetings. Some examples: - Company family days (invite all company members for a day of picnic, team games, and other activities...) - Improvise a day of incentive for your team: wargames, karting, soccer or volleyball on the beach, etc. - Or a photo safari, (an activity where teams have to take photos of defined themes) or an excursion to the countryside - Include outdoor activities in a training or a conference (brainstorming sessions, breakout groups... or just some leisure time between 2 working sessions) These mini-events can be very low-cost and, with the help of the weather, are highly enjoyable and motivating! Decorations Dancing Tubes These are tubes available in colours that are erected by big blowers. Watch them sway and move freely in the air. You can use them to make your event decoration more exciting with their fluid "dance" movements. Why not use your corporate colours to reinforce your corporate presence? Tents Always a necessity when having the event outdoors. Choose among tents with colours apart from the usual elegant white. You can also have tents of different shapes and sizes for your event for the different purposes: catering, activities, performances, shelter, etc... Children Inflatables If you are expecting children for the event, why not hire some inflatable bouncers where they can jump on for hours of fun? You can select from wide choices of shape and sizes: from a castle to a velcro wall, the kids will love it! Streamers, banners, coloured flags Apart from being relatively low in cost, these are not only useful to add colours to your event but also to segregate the different event areas. Use them to mark your event entrance, the food and beverage area, the children's corner, etc...
Consejos: When organising an event outdoor, always have a contingency plan at hand in case of bad weather. Do the tents provide enough shelter for everyone when it rains? Do you have enough umbrellas for everyone? What are the alternative activities in case the rain prevents your planned activities to be carried out? Apart from planning for rainy weather, plan for the hot sun too: how about a cool chilly cocktail bar and sun protection cream? Or even, for more casual events, a water hose to cool everybody down!
