Get your caterer to complement them with different salad dressings and dips and serve them in creative decorative ways. Or you can offer the delicious and refreshing gazpacho! A cool welcome for many of your guests to beat the heat. Serve cut fruits in sticks, or use the fruits and greens to make colourful and unique centrepieces for your tabletop where your guests can munch them away or simply use them as complements with fresh flowers. Sushi Sushi are a good substitute for "stomach-filling" food. Apart from their freshness, they offer colourful presentation and an exotic choice to your food spread. Another way to serve fresh meat is carpaccio. They can be beef, fish (salmon, tuna) with Parmesan cheese... An all-time favourite... Seafood Apart from the large choice among fish, you can get a wide selection from shrimps, lobsters and crabs to clams and shellfish.
