Offer a grand prize for your top overall seller Use of the closest-to-the-building parking space for a month, a paid Friday afternoon off, cleaning/maid service, a home cinema system, etc. Organise a lucky draw for qualified candidates Draw names from qualified candidates for a selection of gifts: wall clock, watches, flashlight, fishing gear, sweatshirt, a paid day off, etc. Create a "wall-of-fame" Design a poster putting the names of the winners for all to see in the staff area. In a small team, you can even put the names and photos of all the team members and reward stars each week or month to the winner. The team member who gets the most stars gets an award.
