Actividades: Put a charity angle to the event Be it a golf tournament, a staff walk-a-thon, a gala dinner, a product launch, you can look for a charity organisation and raise funds during these events. From a collection of participation fee to a product or art auction, all funds collected will be donated to the charity organisation. Get participation from the charity organisation Invite them for your event, give them an opportunity to speak for themselves and display their talents: an art auction of their art pieces, or during the official act of the check presentation. Do activities together Or organise a day outing with employees who have volunteered themselves to spend time with those in need: taking care of them, bringing them out for a picnic and do activities and play games together. You can even help to paint the residence of some of these charity organisations. Choose a wall where everyone can paint something according to the event theme with the people of the residence. By doing activities together, this will allow team building and care among the employees too. For mother nature and the environment Instead of charity organisations, organise a day for the employees to take care of mother nature... clean up the beach or the streets, tree planting (or other appropriate vegetation) day, collection of glass and plastic for recycling or other Household Hazardous Waste Collection such as paint, used auto products like motor oil and batteries, solvents, etc.... and reward them with a sumptuous meal after! Other activities options include: restoring communities, cleaning up graffitis, create a community garden... Put your event to a good cause: be it for employee team building, motivation or communicating a specific message about the company. There is also room to show your staff that the company cares!
