Make sure that the mattress are not too soft to sit on and pile up the area with cushions that the guests can lean on. Loose the traditional dining experience Get your guests to slip off their shoes, (provide an area where they can leave and pick up their shoes) and put on personalised slippers with your company or event logo. They can also be part of the gift for your guests. You can even include them with the invitation card that they bring them along to the event and use these slippers as part of the dining experience. Provide some extras during the event in case they are guests who have forgotten to bring them along. Cater to various sizes for different shoe sizes. You can either have different designs for the ladies and men or have a unique design for both sexes. Put in audio-visual impact While dining, set up large video screens to project images and messages about your event and give the atmosphere a designer and high-tech look. You can have one large screen or various screens where you can synchronise the images between the different screens. Make the lighting warm and welcoming but not too dim. You can also use colour washes to give a touch of colours on the walls of the venue.
