eventojobs is the job search service of Grupo eventoplus, which enables companies from the event industry to publish their offers and gives candidates the possibility to publish their CV and register for the job offers which match their requirements most. This service is free both for candidates and for companies.

For candidates

As the only job serach service specialised in events and meetings, eventojobs is the best way to find a job in this industry (agencies, hotels and venues, providers, etc.) taking into account the specific characteristics of jobs in meetings and events.

To use eventojobs, please register and enter the information of your CV. You can then apply to the offers which you find most interesting. This service is free. Anyone can view the offers but only registered candidates can apply.

Every 6 months, you will receive an email requesting you to update your data. If you do not, your account will be deactivated.

For companies

As the only job search service specialised in events and meetings, eventojobs is the best way to find the best candidates, taking into account the specific characteristics of jobs in meetings and events.

eventojobs offers you a a control panel in which to edit your various job offers, and where you can also access detailed information of the candidates who apply to your offers. Any company which is or has been listed in eventoplus has a username and password to access this panel. If you do not remember these data, you may access the control panel and request for them to be sent to your email.

If your company has never been listed in eventoplus, please access this section and register (this is totally free) to publish offers and start receiving applications.

Your offers will be online for 30 days, but you may decide to take it off at any time, or renew it alter these 30 days. The offer can be published in two modes: Normal (free) or Highlighted (100 euros), which appears in the first positions and which can include a logo.

In both modes, eventojobs permits you to do a follow-up of the applications to your offers and access statistics of the number of times your offer was seen. Apart from accessing this information online, the company will receive an email at the address indicated in the offer, with a copy of the CV’s of all candidates who applied to the offer.
