The Feria Internacional del Turismo Cultural & City Break, organised by the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos of Malaga, received about 8,000 visitors, including 3,500 professionals. According to the organisers, this represents an increase of 15% over last year.
This sixth edition, held in Malaga on the 17th and 18th of September, brought together more than 95 companies from 40 cities and seven countries (Mexico, Tunisia, Egypt, Portugal, Germany, Dominican Republic and Chile). The news this year was the employment and tourism training workshops, which generated more than 1,200 job interviews between 200 candidates and 22 companies in the tourism sector.
