  Created in 2000, Grupo eventoplus brings together meetings and events professionals; informing, inspiring and professionalising their work through six key activities: eventoplus.com (portal), Eventos Magazine (paper magazine), Evento Days – the event show (trade show), Premios eventoplus (awards), eventojobs (job search service) and Eventoplus Learning (conferences and courses).
  The media of grupo eventoplus reach the finest and largest audience of events and meetings professionals, in Spain but also in Mexico (www.eventoplus.com.mx) and Argentina (www.eventoplus.com.ar)

  Several Grupo eventoplus professionals are members of MPI (Meeting Professionals International). Grupo eventoplus is official media partner of the main trade shows in Europe: EIBTM (Barcelona),IMEX (Frankfurt), Heavent Expo (Paris), ExpoEventos (Portugal), Confex (UK), among others. Grupo eventoplus also participates in the jury of the European Best Event Awards, of the Festival Iberamericano de Promociones (FIP) and the Heavent Awards.   Created in 2000, eventoplus.com, eventoplus.com (www.eventoplus.com) is the most-visited event portal in Spain.

  Available in Spanish and English, it offers, for free, the necessary help to plan events and meetings: a directory of more than 1,500 providers (agencies, venues, catering, audiovisuals, etc.), a free RFP service pby which the eventoplus experts help the planner find the most suitable providers, ideas and tips to plan better meetings and events, the news of the industry, a free weekly newsletter with more than 22,000 subscribers (En Directo for the Spanish version, Go Live! for the English version), a selection of the best events, videos, artícles, a blog, etc.

• Premios eventoplus

  Created in 2006, the Premios eventoplus (eventoplus awards) are the first awards to the Iberian events and meetings industry. They bring official recognition to the best projects and stimulate excellence in event and meeting planning. The award ceremony is the great meeting point of the whole industry.

  All three editions of the awards had a high-quality jury, including the communication or event managers of MNCs like Sanofi, Repsol, Danone, Mc Donalds, Siemens, Lilly, IBM, BBVA, Cartier or Xerox. The most important associations of the industry, such as SITE, IBTA, MPI, Apecate, Spain Convention Bureau, AEMI, ICCA, The ROI Institute or the Spanish Advertisers Association (AEA) cooperate with the awards.
