The company, Vichy Catalan is certified with the international regulation of ISO 9001 quality since December 1996 by the company Det Norske Veritas (DKV). It has been 120 years that it offers health and well-being services to its clients. This time the Balneari Vichy Catalan has obtained the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 certification in Hotel and Accomodation, through the audit of Tüv. The certification committee of the Spanish tourism quality institution, ICTE, has also awarded the Q for quality to this hotel.
The Balneari Vichy Catalan has been converted into one of the first hotels in the world in its specialty, that has this dual certification ISO 9001 and the Q for quality.
