ESPACIO JORGE JUAN

Located in the heart of the Salamanca district, right opposite the Casa de la Moneda and just a few meters from the Movistar Arena. Espacio Jorge Juan is a unique venue that combines history, design, and versatility. It is a former carpentry workshop with more than five decades of history, completely renovated and transformed into a spectacular industrial warehouse of more than 1,800 m². Ideal for hosting all kinds of corporate, cultural, and social events. Its architecture preserves the original character of the space. With high ceilings, metal structures, and an elegant industrial aesthetic that adapts to any type of setup.

Espacio Jorge Juan is divided into large modular areas that allow each experience to be customized according to the needs of the event. It offers a unique atmosphere in the heart of Madrid where tradition and modernity coexist to create an inspiring environment full of possibilities.

Versatile rooms for all types of events

NAVE 1: It has 500m² of completely open space, a maximum height of 8 meters, brick walls, iron beams, and skylights that flood the entire room with natural light.

NAVE 2: Or cocktail area, is an open-plan space measuring 300m² with white brick walls. Six-meter ceilings and industrial iron beams, which you can illuminate and customize to suit your events.

SALA VIP: Located on the first floor, measuring 100m². It has a fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen with 4-meter-high ceilings in keeping with its industrial style.

SALA DEL ARTE: Next to the VIP Room, this room has 230m², white and exposed brick walls, 4-meter-high ceilings, natural light, and its own bathrooms.

CALLEJÓN: A 400m² outdoor space with direct access to Nave 1 and Nave 2. It can be used as a garden, vehicle showroom, parking lot, or loading and unloading area.
