Thus, through personalized itineraries, comprehensive training will be promoted through courses in dining room and kitchen, along with internal and external practices and the possibility of subsequent hiring, which is already being done through the Tabgha tavern.
All this with the aim of social and labor insertion of many people who will be able to help by hiring these services, as highlighted by the prelate, who has asked God “that this new initiative of Solemmcor generate jobs and can feed the hungry.”
