Minor Hotels' new global soft brand is part of its premium segment. Conceived for travelers and experiences connected to local culture and destination experience, the objective is to group under its umbrella hotels with a strong personality around the world, each with its own identity, but with culinary and cultural expression in common.

Colbert Collection drives the asset-light model (third-party property management), offering small and mid-sized hotel owners conversion solutions through its franchise model. With a focus on individuality and scalability, the collection will debut in Italy in the spring, beginning its expansion to Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria and the United Arab Emirates.

The brand aligns with Minor Hotels’ global growth strategy and reinforces its asset-right approach: a flexible model that combines ownership, leasing, management and franchising according to the needs of each market and each project. While Minor Hotels maintains its commitment to ownership and leasing models within its asset-heavy positioning, the group is prioritizing asset-light growth. Its future expansion will be driven mainly through management and franchise contracts, which will allow it to offer greater profitability and scalability to its partners.
