Development
We prepare a detailed and tailor-made quote and send it in the shortest time possible, for something we call it Tik Tak! After submitting this first proposal we will support you with any doubts that may arise as well as with the necessary changes.
Previous logistics
Once the event is confirmed, we define all the details together to secure your program and define the inspection visit if necessary.
On-site assistance
During the event, we will be present in each of the operations (guest reception, registration, transfers, activities, dinners…). We are very clear how important it is to always have a contact person on site.
Closing
After the end of the event, we will close it as soon as possible and we will be attentive to any comments you want to send us in order to continue collaborating together.
