Start by planning well
Like the first step to organise any occasion to get people together to meet for a purpose, make sure you start your planning well. Get organised. Collect as much information as possible about the meeting:
– Who and how many will be attending, do you have the contact details of the attendees
– what is/are the objective(s) of the meeting
– when is it taking place
– where will it be held
– What are the logistics required: a projector, stationery, sound system
