Today, slides remain one of the most used materials in presentations. Companies are obliged to maintain two separate systems for video and slide projections. Setting up such projections when a presentation involves more than one conference room is not easy.

The Centralised Slide Secretariat solves the audio-visual problems that often arise in the preparation of a big event that involves projection of a presentation to audience in separate conference rooms. It is possible for a speaker to present using slides and / or other types of materials at the same time, and project these presentations in each of the conference rooms.

In the Centralised Slides Secretariat, an IT server is connected with one or more ADC scanners for slides and computers.

It builds a network that links all the conference rooms through a computer in each room.

The Secretariat is handled by IT experts that scan the slides and verify them for the presentation.

After the presentation has been checked and tested, it is then saved in the server and can be sent quickly to the computers in the different conference rooms.
