The stand is one of the most important factor for your trade fair participation. The success or failure is affected by its design and production.

The stand presents the corporate image during the trade show, the place where all contacts are developed with your clients, competitors, partners and employees.

Thus, you have to conceive and produce the stand according to the objectives of your company’s participation in the trade show, in addition to providing a suitable environment for the contacts with your visitors.

Some of the essential point to note are:

– New Products: the word "new" is one of the most powerful term for publicity. So if you want to present a new product or service, be sure that it is highlighted and occupy a distinctive place in your stand

– Flow of visitors: space distribution must allow an agile circulation, always considering the objective of your presence is information (open space,3), business (closed space) or promotion (open/closed)

– Product presentations: try not to overload the product display stands. Be sure that the visitors can identify the products/brands. Can they easily see the advantages and the applications or on the contrary, have to imagine it? Use podiums and counters so that the products can be seen with great ease

– Signages: hang few signs, but make sure that they are large and easy to read. You only need a few seconds to attract attention of the visitors. Ensure that the messahe is brief and simple and that it communicates the benefits clearly to the intended public. It is also more effective to use few large photos compared to many smaller ones

– Product application/usage: if you cannot demonstrate it in the stand, hang photos or show photos of its usage and applications the products on display.

– Lighting: a suitable lighting will bring out the products and attract the attention of the visitors more easily

– Demonstrations: The technical demonstrations provide an effective resource to capture the attention of your interested public. In the same way, they reinforce the sale propositions. It is even better when you can involve the visitor in the demonstration

– Space distribution: is important to arrange the space strategically to receive, attend and negotiate with your qualified visitors and clients while at the same time, they will prolong their stay at your stand where you can explain your product or service to them with no rush.

– Colours: selection of warm or cold tones according to the corporate image and the message that you would like to transmit
