As we published, the Spanish association of corporate event organisers EMA held in collaboration with the association PCMA a highly interesting session on risk management in events. The session closed with a great (humbling) exercise: filling-in a checklist of how ready you are to handle a crisis. We thank PCMA for letting us publish the list of points you should check to make sure you can sleep at night.
