Looking to set a new Guinness record: being the Indonesian company that has moved a larger group abroad. And they could manage it... No less than 1,500 workers from the Prudential insurance company participated this month in an incentive in Catalonia.

It is certainly the largest group of Indonesians the region has ever hosted for an incentive. The Catalan Association of Tourism (ACT), very involved in the organization of this incentive trip, explained that the group has toured the main attractions of the destination. They visited the Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and Montserrat, and other popular places such as as the FC Barcelona stadium and the ´shopping paradise´ La Roca Village.

With this trip, the company intends to break the Guinness record. They are used to moving and motivating large groups of people, as in the last two years they went to Rome and Paris, though with groups not as big as at this edition.

To attract the group, the Catalunya Convention Bureau (CCB) and the Center for ACT Tourism Promotion intensified efforts in Singapore with Prudential and the tour operator Panorama Tours. Panorama Indonesia arranged travel through Panorama Leisure, based in France.
