Every town in Spain has its main square, that is witness to its social activity, open-air markets and celebrations. Building on that tradition, the agency BarcelonaEkspertene conceived an event for 1,400 guests of a Norwegian communication company, in a venue which includes its own main square: the Poble Espanyol.

The customer had held the working sessions at the Hotel Hesperia Tower, and decided to take advantage of the Mediterranean climate. This “street party”, as in any major plaza, had no shortage of music, entertainment and gastronomy.

Different chill out areas were setup in the event, including a mural in which graffiti artists embodied their art, four food trucks with food from different countries (vegan, oriental, Peruvian and gourmet), a delivery food service and themed buffet bars by catering Cal Blay, plus DJ’s and an entertainment area with foosball included.
