It is an unavoidable component of many events, and even of mini-event in itself. But many questions remained unanswered about the aperitive : Where is it taken? When? Who with? ¿Is it a substitute for food or a complement? A study for Bitter KAS carried out by Mr Goldwin explains everything about the aperitive...

The Bitter KAS study was launched during the presentation of its new bottle image, which was renewed for the first time in the history of this drink. According to the survey, 83% of the population goes out to take an aperitive at least once a week. And 93% take it on the street and in the neighbourhood bar, instead of fashion bars.
