What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
More than an incentive trip or a motivational action, "Magical Madrid" was a full-blown branding event for the new members of the company, an action that has received an award as best motivational event in an incentive program by SITE.

The objectives to be achieved with the trip were clear: teach Spanish culture, emphasizing the pursuit of excellence and agility as a company relating it to the world of Fomula 1 that the bank sponsors and create a memorable experience that will impact on the guests.

For the gala dinner and put the finishing touch to the trip the “Magical Madrid” event was devised. Dittman Incentive Marketing agency with Nuevofactor organized a night at the Quinta de Jarama where the spirit and values ??of the bank were present in every detail.

Five magical spaces

The space was articulated in five outbreaks were discovered as the night passed by. The first was the courtyard which was used to serve the appetizer and where attendees were able to photograph themselves with human statues “decorating” the outdoors of the building.

Afterwards they accessed the lounge of Formula 1 with a life-size model that served as a reference for the artist who was carving a smaller copy in ice. The access to the lounge for dinner was through a curtain of fog that mimicked the checkered flags that are used in racing. Once inside the dinner space, corporate red is everywhere. Floors, walls, ceilings, red carpet, drapes and dela using lighting, color stained bank Santander lounge. Dinner is encouraged with performances, a show with lasers and with talk of a Formula 1 driver. In this environment also made the awards to the top performers guests.

After dinner, and when it seemed that the evening drew to an end, the atmosphere was transformed, the lights changed and glimpsed in the shadows of two new spaces that had been hidden until now. A red lounge (could not be any other color) where there was a dance floor, DJ and an ice bar with the logo carved. The second was another lounge space, this one dedicated to champagne, in gold and with giant champagne buckets carved on the same ice where you could serve directly your drink while enjoying the jazz music playing in the background.
