What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
By Asun Paniagua The Platinum Partner Circle is the luxury program with an insurance company rewards its main sales partners. On this occasion the chosen destination was Italy. A seven-day trip through Rome, Florence and the Chianti region for a select group of 30 people and their partners. The North American agency MFactor Meetings has been working with this client for 20 years (a clear example of loyalty) and every year they create unique experiences focused on individuality, luxury and exclusivity.

This program, which has won the SITE Crystal Award for excellence in incentive travel, is a recognition to a group of independent commercial insurance agencies in the industry with the aim of boosting sales, increasing loyalty to the company and establishing new associations. Each activity of the program had to make the 30 members and their guests feel that they were living an unforgettable moment in exclusive places. Seven nights of grandeur and luxury in Rome and Florence with special evening events and daily activities tailored specifically for the group. With this idea, MFactor proposed the types of daily activities: “Cousin” and “Your day, in your own way”, so that each one can choose, on demand, what he most wanted to do and know. All elements of the Platinum Partner Circle program were reserved tuned: strategic business meetings, activities tailored to the interests of each couple, spectacular evening events, high-level service, attention to detail, executive level trips and 5-star accommodations.

The final Wow moment was a tour of Tuscany driving your own Ferrari on the roads of the Chianti region, enjoying the landscapes, villages, mythical wineries of the area… until you reach Villa La Massa, a luxurious house of the Medici period from the 16th century, located on the outskirts of Florence, where a lunch was served in elegant tables decorated with strawberries, roses and Florentine chandeliers.
