What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
Could you imagine use jazz to describe what the palate feels with a wine.... Bold? Yeah...  Risky? No, because it was a real success. In Monvínic decided join jazz and wine in a singular experience.

With the idea of creating an interesting synergy within the 42 º Voll-Damm Festival Internacional de Jazz in Barcelona, on Monday began in Monvínic the “Kurt Rosenwinkel Monvínic Experience”, yesterday was the “Down Beat Blindfold & Winefold test” in which Dan Ouellet and Chucho Valdes shared interview and blindfold test, and tonight will be on “Blue Note, jazz and wine days.”

What was the challenge? Vignerons met their consumers in a taste that will leave a good impression. But, how to describe the properties, the virtues of each wine? How do you do when it´s really a question of senses? Writing with music sensations. And so Rosenwinkel improvised six pieces each one dedicated to each of the wines from Costers del Segre, Rias Baixas, Penedès, Priorat, Málaga and Jerez, while the guests enjoyed the wine in an intimate, inviting drift.

This experience has seen that, in the same way that music creates a symbiosis between artist and listener, the wine also has the virtue of uniting sensitively to the person who created the wine proves it. The delicious descriptions of the vignerons of their wines eventually yield to an audience already delivered.
