Hats were the solidarity symbol for the children´s party, organised by PortAventura and AFANOC (Association of Children with Cancer). The meeting aim was to raise funds and make people more concerned about the existence of childhood cancer. This party, in which children were the stars, got the Grupo eventoplus Best Responsible Event award.

Posa´t cap! (Put on your hat), was the chosen phrase for the event which took place at PortAventura theme park facilities. One of the side effects experienced by children with cancer is the hair loss, there for the use of hats.

During the party there were a series of different performances and workshops for children. Also there was an area dedicated to the communication and information of the disease.
