Recording a single in a music studio can be a great way to learn to work in "harmony". The agency Newiscom organised, for the company Rusticae, a teambuilding in order to create a better atmosphere of cooperation and understanding among its 20 employees.
The employees worked in the recording studio Sound Torres, recording a version of “Satisfaction” by the Rolling Stones.
The group was divided into various teams and while some wrote the song, others tested the melody or handled the recording table. “Rustication” was the name of the single recorded by the company.
