Vima Events creates a bubbly atmosphere for a drug launch

A pharma company wanted to present a new drug to its Spanish sales force. In Rome, Vima Events created a decoration and set of activities which re-created the key characteristics of the product: orange, bubbly, and quick-acting.

The decoration was base don orange spheres placed all over the venue, from bubbles hanging from the ceiling to centrepieces made of sticks with orange balls (see photos). During dinner, various actors interacted with the participants and came up on stage and perform spectacular acts, as evidence of how the medicine helped them cure their pain. For instance, one with a stiff neck ended up performing an acrobat act.

After the educational sessions, the agency also set up a TV show, in which participants could review the concepts commented about the product, thereby learning in a fun way.
