What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
Striking innovation by the Spanish agency and DMC Eventisimo, in a project for the world leader in hearing aids, Phonak: This was for an ambitious educational and commercial project designed to showcase and explain their latest products. The project was launched during the EUHA, the International Congress of Hearing Aids in Hannover.

The project is based on the virtual reality glasses Oculus DK2, of which Eventisimo acquired 24 units as a Oculus certified developer. The challenge was to bring into play simultaneously all 24 users and get them to interact in a common (virtual) environment.

The glasses, accompanied by a headset, immersed the visitor in the Phonak Virtual Museum, a 3D space, where an avatar explained the difference of hearing in various situations depending on using -or not- the Phonak devices. Within this virtual space, the visitor changed his angle of vision and hearing with his head movements. The stereo sound enabled them to gauge various qualities of Phonak products depending on their position in the visual environment. The type of sound was represented graphically on a blackboard in front of our avatar.

A highly experiential way of communicating their products… and a striking success in terms of visitors and time spent visiting the stand of Phonak. No less than 100% of occupancy of these revolutionary devices.
