In a record conference for the Asociación Española de Dirección y Desarrollo de Personas (Aedipe), 600 attendees gathered during this 44th international meeting in the new PortAventura convention center, located in Tarragona. Those unable to attend had a second chance on the Web.

All the interventions were recorded and published on the congress web site: from lectures on the new economic scenario, the impact of 2.0 technologies, and the arguments about how to manage employees from the new generations…
