Parafina Comunicación has been in charge of the convention to present the new model to managers and owners of the SEAT dealer network. An event that combined technical sessions to get to know the vehicle thoroughly, a reveal on a banana plantation prior to an outdoor dinner, along with a more playful day of discovering the island.

For work sessions at the hotel, in the meeting room of the Ritz Carlton Abama, a stage was set up with canvas back for projections of 15.90 x 4.60m with a central screen with side lights and the creativity of the convention. To make the environment more enveloping, the entire room was covered with tarpaulins thanks to a system of modular structures. This aura of mystery was carried until the moment of the vehicle’s reveal in a typical banana plantation, where they enjoyed cocktails, dinner and drinks. The cocktail was energized by a folk group and they were also accompanied by a cigar artisan who worked tobacco at live. At the end of the cocktail the guests were led by one of the asphalted roads of the plantation to go to the dinner, and on their way they found the new SEAT Arona, illuminated as an wellcome anteroom to the imperial table located in the middle of the plantation where they would dine.

If the first day was more technical and focused on the vehicle, the second day the protagonist was the island that baptizes the Arona with a day of excursions and experiences for it. Through the website of the event, attendees could previously sign up for the activities they wanted to do on this day, choosing between a cruise on the sea by catamaran, a route through the viewpoints of Teide with lunch at the Parador de Las Cañadas del Teide, or simply enjoy freely the hotel facilities with access to four of its restaurants rented by SEAT for the group. Free time at conventions is the new luxury at events.

The farewell dinner was signed by the chef Martín Berasategui and it took place by the hotel pool, which was privatized for the group, with the surprise of taking them down to the beach to enjoy coffee and drinks in a chillout by the sea.
