Organise your event in Sevilla

We help you to organise your event in Sevilla

The orange-scented city of Spain where you can taste the best fried fish on the banks of the Guadalquivir River and dance the best flamenco. The capital of Andalusia is also a very fashionable and booming destination for events and congresses, and not only because of its fantastic climate all year round. Seville is well connected nationally and internationally. Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia are served by the high-speed train (AVE) and its international airport (San Pablo Airport) is located only 10 kilometers from the center. It is also possible to reach Seville by sea, in fact, it has the only river port of the Iberian Peninsula to receive cruise ships of up to 2,000 people and, in addition, more piers have been enabled in the Guadalquivir for nautical activities.

Surely you are familiar with its historic buildings such as the Royal Palace or the Torre del Oro. Surely you are also familiar with the TIS (Tourism Innovation Summit), the leading event in innovation and technology in the tourism sector, held in Seville. Many professional events like this one choose Seville for its hotel capacity and variety of venues. The Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (FIBES) has the largest covered auditorium in Spain: 3,577 seats! In the Cartuja Technology Park is the Cartuja Center CITE with more than 33,000m2 to host concerts, theater or musicals.

Las Setas de Sevilla is the largest wooden structure in the world and has become one of the icons of the city with several areas such as the Plaza Mayor, an open space of 3,500m2 multifunctional. In the city you even have a sustainable space at the Port! The Mude Market was created with 46 recycled containers used to load ships.

Ideas for events and incentives

  • Flamenco: one of the hallmarks of the city and Spanish culture. In Seville you can find the most famous flamenco centers worldwide. The 18th century Casa de la Guitarra also houses the Flamenco Cultural Center, where you can spend an hour touring the main flamenco styles through its three disciplines: dance, singing and guitar.
  • Visit to cattle ranches: to get to know first hand an Andalusian pasture with the possibility of an authentic “capea”, to see the bulls in their natural environment and horse shows immersing the visitor in the magic of a wild natural experience.
  • An Andalusian polo match, donkey polo: a fun variation of polo for groups looking for creative teambuilding activities. To organize it you only need a bullring of any farm, 10 donkeys, brooms, a ball and a referee.
  • Sensory tastings on the Guadalquivir: wine tasting and gastronomic experience aboard a boat on the river, serenaded by flamenco guitars and violins.
  • Outdoor events, sports and equestrian activities: the Doñana Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Biosphere Reserve, is the ideal setting. Options range from horseback rides through the forests to the beaches and dunes of Doñana for the more adventurous, or leisurely rides in horse-drawn carriages and charrés through the streets of El Rocío or along the roads of El Rocío.
  • An event in Seville should not miss a tapas session between bars and a route through the historic center and its neighborhoods full of flowers, the final immersion in the Sevillian culture.
