A’nómalo opened its doors 10 months ago, it is located in Calle Pinar 15, when you enter on the right you open an impressive iron door and you find an oval bar of 13 tons of polished granite and quartz. It has a capacity of 20 people seated in high suede chairs, grey swivel chairs with armrests and backrests. It is an exclusive space to experience a showcooking concept of haute cuisine in which you can enjoy a more personalised experience both in the kitchen and in the dining room in terms of food and food pairing. You will be seated around a bar where you will be able to see how they cook in front of you and interact with the chefs. It consists of a tasting menu that changes depending on the season.

You will also be able to see spectacular lighting in warm and cosy tones that accompanies the presentation of the dishes and a wooden bookcase with many details such as fermentations, pickles, liqueurs, syrups and special books.
The head chef Toni Roselló trained in restaurants such as elBulli, Arzak, Zalacain, Compartir… with his right hand Marina Pedruelo trained at the Hotel Escuela.
