The Balcon del Mar is a singular space, one of the three most special and emblematic places in Sitges. It is characterized by being the only place with a spectacular balcony just above the sea, with beautiful views to enjoy the horizon, peace and fantastic sunsets.

The villa, which contains elements of the old medieval castle of Sitges originating in the 14th century, is located right next to the Church of Sitges-one of the most important symbols of the town-and the Cau Ferrat Museum.
