LOCATION
Located next to the medieval town of Cardona, and with impressive views of the town’s medieval castle and the Montaña de Sal Cultural Park, the Villar Rural de Cardona is a 3-star rural hotel with the capacity to host celebrations and events up to 180 people. We have five halls and lounges, all with natural light, as well as outdoor spaces where you can hold an event with Cardona Castle as a backdrop. We offer you the possibility of holding exclusive events (turnkey), and with accommodation in the same hotel. El Vilar is less than an hour and a half from Barcelona.
OUR SPACE
Our venues are totally exterior, with natural light and surrounded by nature. The spectacular terrace of the complex offers panoramic views over the town’s castle and the Salt Mountain. We offer our own wellness space with training sessions aimed at happiness and personal growth in combination with learning healthy lifestyle habits with the aim of providing attendees with a set of tools for the development of continuous change, strengthening wellbeing over time and reconciling it with leadership and teamwork.

You can also enjoy great olive oil tourism experiences, from oil tastings and visits to olive groves to routes in off-road vehicles. A long tradition in Bages together with the recovery of autochthonous varieties such as corbella, which produces an oil of excellent quality and with very beneficial properties for health.
