Since January 2019 IFEMA has been managing this unique work of Ricardo Bofill’s Architecture Workshop. It is a versatile space, functional and with natural light, which makes it an ideal venue for holding corporate events, congresses, meetings, product launches and cultural events, among others.

The Municipal Congress Palace is an avant-garde construction for the organization of events, has more than 30,000 m2 useful and has an auditorium with capacity for 1,812, a multipurpose room of 2,414 m2 and twenty-eight rooms of different capacities, ranging from 26 to 360 people. Auditorium for all kinds of events.
The building is structured into three large blocks. Both the left wing and the right wing have meeting rooms of 20 to 350 people on the 1st, 2nd and 4th floors. The central area of the Multipurpose Space located on the 3rd floor, is the place intended mainly for commercial exhibitions and catering services. On the street floor, in the main access to the Palace, is Auditorium A renovated in August 2019 and which has 1812 seats. In the lobbies of this main access we have additional space for both commercial exhibition, catering services and other uses.
