La Huerta de Cubas has different spaces that will allow you to have the event that you desire.
The estate is surrounded by a hundred-year-old autochthonous woodland (oak, holm oak and chestnut).
CARLOS HERRÁN cultivated it more than 40 years ago, with different varieties of ornamental plants to serve as a “mother plant” for the family nursery VIARPLANT CUBAS, and from there to cut and reproduce different ornamental varieties, fruit trees and flowers.
From there, the estate has been transformed, always respecting the original plantations, until today, adding an elegant landscape architecture.

La Huerta
The estate occupies some 20.000m2 and all the successive transformations of the spaces, such as greenhouses and pergolas, have been carried out with recycled materials, as well as the wooden benches and tables, which come from trees that have fallen due to windstorms and have been mechanised in sawmills in the area. All the decorative plants, or fruit and citrus trees, have been produced in our nursery. Around 5.000m2 are used for the organic production of orchards and fruit trees. We grow mainly tomatoes (old, non-hybrid varieties), peppers, citrus fruits, avocado, kiwi…
We also collect the seeds of our trees for the repopulation of the forests of Cantabria.
