MEETING PLACE at Castellana 81 is a unique space in Madrid to host corporate events. Located in the landmark building Castellana 81, it enjoys a privileged location at the heart of AZCA, Madrid’s financial hub and excellent public transport links, as well as being just 15 minutes away from the airport.
This new space comprises an auditorium seating 188 people, an adjacent cocktail and reception area and a meeting center with eight rooms. MEETING PLACE at Castellana 81 has been designed to host a wide range of events such as conferences, conventions, courses, seminars, press conferences, product launches or work meetings… All the spaces are equipped with cutting-edge technology and have a WIFI internet connection.
The auditorium has seating capacity for 188 people. Its recent modern design unites some of the functional aspects that guarantee optimal acoustics and maximum comfort for users. It is equipped with the latest technology and has a control room and simultaneous translation booth, cloak room and an adjacent 105 m² space to host receptions or cocktail receptions. It is also fully accessible for persons with reduced mobility and is fitted with an induction loop for persons who are hearing impaired.

With one just click you can connect the auditorium to participants who are unable to attend in person, using videoconference apps like Teams, Skype, Face Time, Hangouts or Zoom. This technology guarantees full interaction among in-person participants, speakers and virtual participants.
This technology is complemented by the option of retransmitting the event via YouTube or audience engagement tools such as Crowd Mics, which converts participants’ mobile phones into microphones integrated in the sound system and delivers versatile features such as question-asking or voting.
