The Drassanes Reials a singular space, home of the Museu Marítim de Barcelona are a first-class architectural ensemble located in the historic center of Barcelona and one of the most representative buildings in the history and maritime culture of the city. The rooms, located in this building with more than 700 years of history, are ideal for holding all kinds of events:

The whole of the Drassanes Reials was included in the Register of Historical, Artistic and Scientific Heritage of the Generalitat de Catalunya in 1937 and was declared a Historical-Artistic Monument by 1976. The origins of the architectural complex are located in the thirteenth century. The Drassanas (or Atarazanas) were built as an arsenal of galleys, that is, as space for shipbuilding, repair and maintenance of galleys.
