The stadium
The Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium, built in 1958, has hosted historic football matches. For example, the 1982 World Cup semi-final, the 1986 European Cup final. As well as the matches of Sevilla FC in La Liga, Copa del Rey and in European competitions. These include the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.
