Inaugurated in 1925, it is one of the first buildings in Madrid built entirely in the Art Deco style by Teodoro Anasagasti.

After years of history, in this new stage, the theater is reborn thanks to Teatro Pavón S.L. and Vértigo360, two companies headed respectively by José Maya, actor, director and theater producer who began his journey in 1981 with the purpose of recovering the classics, and Gonzalo Pérez, director, producer, playwright and show distributor. Both seek to maintain the essence of this icon of the performing arts by providing a new editorial and programming style.
