Description and functions

We are looking for Assistants for a luxury event in Madrid, tasks:
-Liaison with suppliers for information, booking confirmation etc…
-Liaison with internal team for info exchange (rates, reservations etc.)
-Assist in the planning and execution of the project.
-Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables.
-Input, check and manage Excel documents for internal control and external reporting.

Minimum requirements

Estudios en Organizacion y Produccion de Eventos.Experiencia de al menos 1 año (demostrable).Conocimiento y manejo de Excel y PPT.Redaccion emails (outlook)Nivel C1 Ingles hablado y escrito.Residir en Madrid o alrrededores.
