Guillem Ezquerra Loving and passionate about the kitchen, the Chef in charge of Fusió Catering has been working in the catering, events and the haute catering sector for over 20 years. He has worked in restaurants of known reputation and has been part of the professional team of some of the best known chefs in our country. Among the best known restaurants in which he has worked, stand out: Las Gratas (a Michelin star) and Celler de Can Roca (three Michelin stars). He has also been part of the teams of Martín Berasategui and Sergi Arola, so he has had the opportunity to work hand in hand with the best professionals of the moment.
