CAPLocated in barcelona's iconic Alhambra Building, in the Sant Gervasi district, this quirky house-showroom hosts creative events of all kinds. From work meetings, to exhibitions, workshops, shootings, talks, gastronomic workshops or yoga sessions. All this with a common common common thread: creativity.ACITY AND EQUIPMENT
Our house-showroom has an interior space of 200m2 and a garden of 150m2. You can hold any kind of event.

interior, fully diaphanous, consists of a large living room, a dining area, a private room and a large kitchen with central island.
The vaulted ceiling, 4m high, creates a pleasant feeling of spaciousness.
The outdoor garden alternates artificial turf with a paved area with microcement.
In it we find a Provencal style porch where you can feel like in an authentic green oasis in the heart of the city.
